Villa Dequinz was born from the desire to offer a retreat where time slows down. A place where minimalist design meets the warmth of Mediterranean hospitality, and where every detail is designed to make you feel at home — only with a better view.

We believe in authentic, private travel: spacious rooms, silence, nature and the freedom to experience the Sorrento Coast far from the crowds.

House rules

A few simple rules to ensure every guest a peaceful and respectful stay.

Please respect the hours dedicated to rest (approximately 2:00–4:00 PM and 10:00 PM–8:00 AM), avoiding loud noise or music.

Sort your waste following the local instructions and dispose of rubbish in the designated areas before check-out.

Smoking is not allowed inside; candles and incense are not permitted for fire safety. Use of the fireplace and wood-fired oven is reserved for staff.

No additional people beyond the number stated at booking are allowed, unless previously agreed with the host.

Switch off lights, air conditioning and appliances when you go out, to protect the environment and reduce consumption.

Leave the kitchen and dishes clean and tidy. Report any faults promptly and avoid flushing non-biodegradable items down the toilet.

We're sorry — we love animals, but for safety reasons they are not allowed on our property.

Please respect the set times to allow cleaning and sanitising between stays. Valid identity documents are required on arrival.

Everything you need to know before your arrival.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is requested by 10:00 AM. We offer a self check-in via a numeric keypad for independent arrivals at any hour.

Yes, the property offers free private parking spaces in the internal courtyard, with no reservation required. For electric vehicles an EV charging station is available (charged according to consumption).

Absolutely. We offer a free, ultra-fast fibre-optic Wi-Fi connection (FTTH) throughout the house, plus dedicated workspaces with a desk and USB ports, ideal for digital nomads and remote working.

Yes, every room has an independent, state-of-the-art climate control system, for both winter heating and summer cooling. The service is included; we only ask that you turn off the units when you are out.

On arrival you will find a complete set of bed linen and a set of towels for each guest (face, hand, bath and beach towel), plus a welcome courtesy kit with soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and a professional hairdryer.

Yes, the kitchen is superbly equipped: dishwasher, fridge with freezer, dual-temperature wine cooler, electric kettle and a coffee machine. Pots, tableware and basic condiments are also provided.

The rate includes initial and final cleaning. A washing machine is available for free use in the house, along with an ironing board and iron. On request, extra housekeeping can be booked for a fee.

We're sorry — we love animals, but for safety reasons they are not allowed on our property.

Of course, we are a family-friendly property. On request and at no extra cost we provide a baby kit with a travel cot, a high chair and a set of colourful tableware.

Yes, we work with local agencies. We can arrange a shuttle to and from the airport or station and help you book guided tours, bike rental or exclusive excursions. Contact us before your arrival!
